3 What happens after you write
Every message is read by a person. Factual reports go straight to the page they concern, and you will usually hear back once the fix is live rather than twice. We do not use automated ticketing, canned replies or chatbots.

We read English and Hindi. Messages in other languages are welcome and we will do our best with a translation, though a reply may take a little longer. Writing in short, plain sentences helps more than polished prose — clarity beats formality every time.
